2Checkout Home Based Businesses – Making Money Online With Affiliate Networks

People that are starting home based internet marketing businesses are always looking for the best way to start out. Usually what they mean by best way is the easiest and fastest way make money online. Well, one of the easiest ways for sure is affiliate marketing. Shop2CO Affiliate Network connects vendors and affiliates who want to increase sales and drive revenue through 2Checkout account.

Since affiliate marketing means you will be promoting products that someone else created, you will want to know about the different places that you can go to find good products to promote.

There are a bunch of different affiliate networks out there, some, like anything else, are better than others. The main thing to keep in mind is–do they have products that will work for your particular niche? It may be that there are a two or three that have products that will work for you, so you may end up joining more than one network.

The largest and most popular of these affiliate networks are ClickBank, Shop2CO, Link Share, and Commission Junction. Let me give you a brief overview of each.

Let’s start with ClickBank. They have a huge catalogue of digital products, like ebooks, e-courses…basically anything that is instantly downloaded. You can search for products in your niche and come up with literally hundreds of options. You can search really, really broad…or you can narrow it way down. The more narrow your search, the fewer products you will be presented with.

They provide quite a bit of information, like how much commission each product will pay you, and you can also view the sales page that is associated with that product.

Shop2CO caters more to the internet marketing crowd. This can be a little limiting, especially if your niche is knitting or golf…but they are adding new products every day, so I would say for sure you would want to check them out. Another thing to note is that they carry physical products as well as digital. Some niches just seem to do better with physical products, so if this is true for your niche, you may find just the thing you are looking for at Shop2CO.

If you can’t find it there, you probably will at either Commission Junction or LinkShare. They both deal in physical products and allow you to market for some of the bigger names in business…like Best Buy and Office Depot.

You can sign up for just one company, like just Best Buy…or, you can sign up for as many as would work for your niche. Keep in mind that you are not going to be out there trying to build a site that will sell everything that Best Buy sells! You are only looking for the few products that they sell that would do well in your niche.

Once you have these few products picked out, you would email your list about it…maybe do a review about a product, and then you would include a link out to it. When your customer buys, even though they are buying from Best Buy…you get paid a percentage. Pretty cool.

This is a great way to get your home based internet marketing businesses off the ground with solid products…so can be up and running and making money online in a very short time. Take some time to check each of these affiliate networks out so you can get a better idea which will be best for your niche and your list.

  1. I can’t speak for the UK – but in the US you are qualified as self-employed and must fulfill all tax liabilities that this represents.
