Not really. In certain theaters of the war the south won more, in others the north won more.
But as you hit on, in the end, logistics were on the North’s side though even the north was hurting man power wise, hence the growing numbers of black regiments and pulling the “Band Box” units out of garrison.
That’s the real reason that the South lost the war, they didn’t have Segways.
