How to buy on Ebay for new buyers

How to buy on Ebay for new buyers

Ebay has many items to buy, especially hard to find items. I shop there for some of my collectibles. For those new to Ebay, here’s how to buy something on Ebay.

First an account has to be set up on Ebay. You have to be registered on Ebay. On the registration page you type in your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. You also choose a username and password to use on Ebay. This is how Ebay sets one person apart from another. An email will be sent so they can start shopping for items.

Search for something. Now the next thing is to find something on Ebay that you want to spend your money on. Let’s say you want to find a nice table that looks good in your living room. Searching for it is the first step to finding it. So type in the word living room table or something similar. After pressing Search or Enter a list of tables will be shown from many different sellers. Find the table that looks nice to you and click it for more information. There it will show details about the table like how much is costs, the size, weight and who the seller is. Make sure to look at the feedback of the seller. The seller should have alot of positive feedback ratings. If the seller has very few to no negative feedback then it is generally okay to buy from them.

Buy the item. Click the Buy it Now button and it will go to the checkout process where you pay with Paypal. Login to Paypal and it will show the order details and shipping address. After submitting the order an email will be sent to the seller so they can ship the item. And that’s it. If you live in the U.S. you should get the item in about a week or two. If the item is shipping outside the U.S. then it takes about a month to get the item in most cases. Ebay.com is a great place to shop.

Make More Money With Big Ticket Depot | Better Than Ebay

New on the scene today that will be Ebay’s rivalry is Big Ticket Depot. Big Ticket Depot is beyond a shadow of a doubt better than ebay Ebay is starting to become very concerned about this new kid on the block. They will soon surpass Ebay in all ways. Many people are fed up with Ebay’s high fees, and over the years they have become more driven by greed. This is shown in the price increases and unexpected fees etc. that are hurting the very people that have supported them since their beginning. The very people that are selling their items through ebay’s store interface or just selling items individually are looking for alternatives and Big Ticket Depot is there to help people through this uncertain economy. Big Ticket Depot is going to distinguish itself from Ebay by offering people the chance to save money on listing fees, and to get much broader exposure to your sites. Ebay recognizes the threat that Big Ticket Depot poses them as shortly after Big Ticket Depot made public that they would be offering people 5 Free Listings, Ebay then started offering the same thing. They are defintely becoming somewhat worried their new competitor is going to cut into their business. By the beginning of the year Big Ticket Depot is expected to pay out over ,000,000 in commissions to their affiliates said CEO Joel Sauceda of Big Ticket Depot. Sauceda pointed out several press releases that recently verified this information.

Another huge difference between Ebay and their competitor is Big Ticket Depot will help everyone advertise their business to give them maximum exposure which will enable them more time to do offline advertising as well. As a result this will create sales for everyone involved. The difference is that big Ticket Depot has committed affiliates that will advertise together and Ebay does not offer this at all. They want everyone to succeed on line. If someone opens a store with them they are basically on their own from that point on. That can be a bad feeling especially when you have spent X amount of dollars to get started. Everyone who has experience of Ebay knows that if your store isn’t advertised you get very limited traffic. Big Ticket Depot takes care of this aspect and helps the store owner advertise. They get first class treatment which Ebay doesn’t give.

Big Ticket Depot/Big Value Depot is definitely something people should check into especially with the uncertain economy. The economy today has everyone afraid but it doesn’t have to be that way. The company is only in its infancy but is showing all signs of becoming the next internet giant. Exciting times are in store for this company and it’s affiliates and soon will be a household name. No wonder Big Ticket Depot will be better than ebay
